Humboldt Distillery, located in Fortuna, is the first micro-distillery on the North Coast.  The distillery produces organic vodka, organic spiced rum, organic original rum and Humboldt's Finest. The distillery is owned and operated by a Humboldt native and is open to tours by appointment.
