Some of the amenities include; a new splash park, cottage rentals and a new playground which features basketball, volleyball, paddle tennis and dodge ball.
Cable TV and wifi are available and each camp spot has full hook-ups. Campers are welcome although there is a 55' maximum length. 
There is also a 9-Hole Golf Course which has both club and cart rentals.
How to get there:
The campground is located 2 miles south of Garberville off of Highway 101;  The exit will be to the right.  At the stop sign (and the next stop sign), turn left.

Fun things to do in the area:
The 400+ acre Southern Humboldt Community Park is just up the highway, right outside of Garberville and next to Tooby Memorial Park.  The Mateel Co-op Art Gallery is also a great place worth visiting and showcases local/regional art.
