Open year round and in the heart of the Avenue of the Giants, Burlington Campground has 57 camping spots including those for bikers and hikers.  The campground is central to many of the activities that people look to do when visiting Humboldt County.  Hiking trails and swimming holes surround this campground as well. 
How to get there:
Burlington Campground is located 1.5 miles south of Weott; next to the Humboldt Redwoods State Park Visitors Center.

Camping sites are $35 per night (one car) and additional cars are $8.  The sites are on a first come, first served basis.
Other things to do in the area:
While in the Avenue of the Giants area, make sure to take the quick trip over to Big Trees Area.   The Immortal Tree and Founder's Grove are two more popular points of interest along The Avenue.
