Located near Sequoia Park, Carson Park is a popular park in downtown Eureka that has a playground, a basketball court, softball fields and plenty of space to play some soccer, throw a frisbee or just relax.
How to get there:
From Highway 101 (just north of Bayshore Mall) take Henderson Street east.  Take a left on I Street and the park will be on your left after you pass Carson Street.  For other ways to get there, check out the map.

Dogs are permitted but must be on a leash.
Other things to do in the area:
Cooper Gulch Park, which offers Disc Golf Golf and is home to the Eureka Skate Park, is just west of Carson Park.
