Firemen's Park is a family-friendly park just a few miles from Centerville Beach in the beautiful town of Ferndale.  The park offers picnic areas with barbeque pits, a basketball court,  a children's playground and bocce ball courts as well as ball fields for individual or group activities. 
How to get there:
From Highway 101 in either direction, take the Ferndale exit and cross Fernbridge.  Stay on Main Street as you travel through town.  Turn left of Bluff Street and then right on Berding Street.   The park will be in front of you.

The Bocce Ball Courts can be reserved by calling 707-786-9559.  There are bathrooms at this park.
Other things to do in the area:
Spend some time at the ocean and visit Centerville Beach.  Russ Park is a great place to walk or check out the wildlife.  Ferndale also has some wonderful Art Galleries.
