The rocky red volcanic soil adds a unique minerality that their fans love and expect in their lineup of premium wines.  Fred, the property's winemaker, uses what he calls a "low input" style of winemaking in that he, "let's the grapes and the terrior do the talking." All of their red wines are aged in a mixture of small French, American and Hungarian oak barrels for a minimum of 21 months; their reserve wines for 33 months.

The Tasting Room at Indian Peak is open seven day a week; 11am-5pm.
