Right outside of downtown Willits, you'll find the first skate park built in Mendocino County.  This park is 18,500 square feet and has an eight foot bowl, rails and boxes among other street simulated elements. 
How to get there:
From Highway 101 in Willits, turn east on Commercial Avenue.  The skate park will be on your left.
