If you like hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, boating, wildlife and wildflower viewing, the Sacramento River Bend Area is definitely a great place to visit.
There are miles and miles of trails, a variety of different access points to the river, ponds, lakes, wetlands and plenty of space to find a quiet place to chill.
The wildlife you'll find in the park is pretty diverse and adds a peaceful element to any activity in which you're involved in at the park.
This is a stunning park just a few miles north of Red Bluff.

Camping is ok in certain sections of the park and is very primitive. Contact the BLM for permit and other information. Dogs are permitted on leash. This park is beautiful; pack out all your trash or place it in designated cans.
