Veteran's Park is a 17-acre park with a lot to offer.  The park hosts many events and festivals throughout the year and features a picnic area and playground as well as a soccer/utility field, volleyball court, tennis court and horseshoe pits. 
How to get there:
From Highway 299, take Country Club Road north and then turn right once you reach Kimtu Road.  The park will be on your right.

Areas of the park can be reserved for special events and group activities.  Call 530-629-2136 for more information on reservations.

Other things to do in the area:
The park is right down the street from the Camp Kimtu and Kimtu Beach.  Learn about Bigfoot at the China Flat Museum or play some disc golf at Creekside Park.
