Spanning the Sacramento River, the Sundial Bridge connects the McConnell Arboretum to Turtle Bay Exploration Park.  The bridge, opened in 2004, is open to walkers and bikers and is part of the Sacramento River Trail.
When you road trip to the Redding area, the bridge and its adjoining attractions are definitely worth a visit.
How to get there:
The bridge is located in downtown Redding.  There are quite a few ways to get there.  Check out the map for your best route.
